In this quick post, you will be shown how to fix time/date issues with your recorder(If your interface looks different and you cannot find the correct settings, please contact us using the form to the right).

Step 1: Right click anywhere on the screen. You may be prompted for a password. If you are unsure of your password, please contact us using the form on the right of the page.
Step 2: Click Menu.
Step 3: Click Configuration.
Step 4: If your time zone shows up incorrectly, you can change it by clicking within the circled area and adjusting it there. Skip this step if your time zone is correctly displayed.
Step 5: If the date shows up incorrectly, click on the date and then select the correct date by using the calendar, circled above. Again, if the date is correct, skip this step.
Step 6: To make adjustments to the time, click on the time displayed in the circled area. Use the arrows to navigate to the correct time.
Step 7: Click Apply, circled above, to save your changes.
